Service Requests
Time To Pet is the official scheduling and client communication platform for Rising Sun Pet Sitting Inc.
All service requests, schedule changes, cancellations, and client updates must be submitted through the Time To Pet client portal. Requests made through text message, email, voicemail, social media, or directly to an employee are not considered official service requests.
Submitting a request does not guarantee service availability. Services are confirmed only after approval by Rising Sun Pet Sitting Inc.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information necessary for us to safely provide services. This includes, but is not limited to, information regarding their pets, home access, emergency contacts, veterinary information, and any known medical conditions or behavioral concerns. Clients are responsible for notifying Rising Sun Pet Sitting Inc. promptly of any changes to this information. Failure to provide accurate information may affect our ability to safely provide services.
Pet and Home Safety
Clients are responsible for disclosing any known behavioral concerns, history of aggression, or medical conditions that may affect the safety of our employees or the care of their pets. Clients are also responsible for providing safe and reliable access to their home, including current keys, lockbox codes, gate codes, and alarm instructions, and for promptly notifying us of any changes.
Photography
Photographs may be taken during scheduled visits for inclusion in visit reports and client communications. Use of pet photographs for marketing or promotional purposes is subject to the client's photo consent preferences as outlined in the Client Service Agreement.
