The ideal candidate will be responsive, detail-oriented, organized and able to work independently while contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment. In this long-term role, you’ll engage with dogs through walks and play in all weather conditions, year-round. At Rising Sun Dog Walking and Pet Sitting, we focus on building lasting relationships with our clients and their pets.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
RESIDENCE:
Must reside in or be located near our MA service area.
AVAILABILITY
Flexible schedule with weekday availability (9-4pm) and some weekends.
EXPERIENCE:
Previous animal care experience preferred.
TRANSPORTATION
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, insurance and a clean driving record required.
BACKGROUND CHECK:
Must pass background check.
TECHNOLOGY:
Smartphone with unlimited texting plan and ability to download and use company app.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
Strong communication skills, responsive and attentive to detail.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage in walking and playing with dogs in all weather conditions.
PAID TRAINING:
We provide paid training to set you up for success.
